Pixel Spin Party
The house rules

User agreement

Last updated 28 July 2026

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Trinoxa Inc ("we", "us") covering your use of the Pixel Spin Party game and this website. By opening the game or this site you accept them.

If you do not accept them, please do not use the game or the site.

2. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Pixel Spin Party for your own entertainment. The game is currently free to play.

Within that licence, please do not:

  • Copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or any part of it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or extract assets, code or audio from the build, except where local law expressly permits it.
  • Modify the game files, tamper with the save data, or use automation tools to alter game behaviour or progress.
  • Republish the game on another site or store, or present it as your own work.

3. Your save data

Your progress is written to your own device's browser storage. There is no account, no server-side copy and no backup held by us.

  • Clearing your browser data removes the save permanently.
  • Different browsers and devices hold separate, unconnected saves.
  • A browser update, a storage-cleanup tool or private browsing may also remove it.

Because we hold no copy, we cannot restore, transfer or merge a lost save. Please treat your progress as living on that device.

4. In-game items

Coins, energy, Burst charges, stars, avatars and album entries are features of the game itself. They exist inside your local save and are used inside the game — coins are spent on spins and energy top-ups, energy opens pictures, Burst clears beads, stars record how tidily you cleared a picture.

These items are licensed to you as part of the game rather than owned by you, and they are not transferable between saves, devices or players.

We may adjust game balance over time — spin prices, energy regeneration, drop rates, quest rewards and similar values — as part of ordinary game tuning.

5. Acceptable use

When using the game or this website, please do not:

  • Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the game, the site or the systems serving them.
  • Use the game or site for anything unlawful, or in any way that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Remove, obscure or alter any notices of ownership, credit or attribution.

6. Intellectual property

The game name, logo, pixel artwork, level pictures, interface design, sound effects, music and source code are owned by Trinoxa Inc or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Screenshots and short clips may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes — reviews, videos, social posts — provided the game is credited and the material is not presented as your own.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the game available and working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. The game and this site may be updated, suspended or withdrawn at any time, including for maintenance, technical work or content updates.

Game content may change between versions: pictures, themes, quests, awards and balance values may be added, adjusted or removed.

8. Disclaimer

The game and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the game will run on every browser, device or configuration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game or this website — including loss of save data, lost progress or lost time.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10. Ending this agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by stopping use of the game and clearing its local data. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms, in particular the acceptable-use and licence sections above.

Sections 6, 8 and 9 continue to apply after this agreement ends.

11. Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised as the game develops. The current version always lives at this address, with the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Contact
